2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Views is not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. Financial Services
Views provides wallet services, money transfers, airtime/data purchases, and bill payments. All transactions are subject to verification and may be delayed or declined for security reasons. Transaction fees apply and will be clearly displayed before confirmation.
4. Social Features
You may create and share content on Views. You retain ownership of your content but grant Views a license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Views for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, harassment, or spam. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. KYC & Verification
To comply with financial regulations, we may require you to verify your identity using BVN, NIN, or other government-issued identification. Higher transaction limits are available for verified users.
7. Fees & Charges
Views may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Views name, logo, and all related trademarks are property of Views. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Views is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Views after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
